Hummus Recipe
Add the following to the blender
- 2 cans of chick peas. After straining keep the liquid (aqua fava) for later
- ½ cup of tahini
- Juice from 2 fresh lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic. Peel and toss into blender
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Pinch salt
- ⅓ cup of aqua fava (more if desire thinner consistency)
- Blend until creamy
- You can serve with paprika sprinkled on top, or drizzled with olive oil.
